Fascinator

A fascinator is a decorative headpiece, usually worn for weddings, race days and other special occasions. It is typically smaller and lighter than a traditional hat and is secured to the head with a comb, clip, elastic or headband. Fascinators may feature flowers, feathers, veiling, ribbon, beads, crystals or sculptural millinery trims.
